Barely acceptable Samsung B-die with a calculated first word CAS latency of ~9.2 nanoseconds = grossly overpriced memory kit. Plus, apparently, no one who has tested this memory here on UserBenchmark knows what they're doing as indicated by the poor results that are worse, on average, than a cheap kit of DDR4-3000.
