— The Q500L is one of the few ATX cases that does not have 5.25 inch drive bays. Historically, drive bays were used for optical drives and 3.5 inch hard disks but today they normally waste space. The Q500L is large enough to house an RTX 2080 Ti but no larger than it needs to be. The case is priced reasonably and well built with good options for cable management and front panel placement.

— The GAMMAXX 400 offers great performance at a great price. It is very quiet and exceptionally good at cooling. We had no trouble reaching 5 GHz on a 9700K at 1.31V running 3200 MHz RAM. The GAMMAXX 400 outperforms many coolers that cost twice and even three times as much.

— The CX650M has two PCIe cables which both split to give a total of four PCIe connectors (sometimes required for larger GPUs). It remains almost silent even under load and it has sufficient power for the most demanding of builds. This PSU will probably last a lifetime which is why it's not worth saving ten or twenty dollars on the 450W version.
