speed seems to overcome the slower latency and the slower ram's higher latency can't make the lesser ram run faster

The "good to go" RAM kit for users with Zen 2 CPU. Users with Intel CPU can use this but they may be going to get little benefits from having higher RAM clocks compared to lower timing.
