Terrible

Customer service is terrible. The only way to truly know if the RAM you are getting is compatible with the BOARD you are using is to actually go to G.Skills website and use their recommended configuration...if you're lucky to find what you want in stock somewhere. Long story short - they don't list serials on any of their products - so by going the way of their marketing "All major motherboards" "Asus Sync" and some other clues told me that this would probably work. 2x8 no worries. 4x8 big problems because I didn't get the "Quad" set and I didn't get the "TZRX" instead of the "TZR" Support would not help me because I purchased 2 2x8 instead of 2 2x16 sets but guess what? Good luck trying to find a quad set and be prepared to spend upwards of $500 that does not promise anything. Went with a no name brand T-DELTA group 2x16 @3000MHZ not a single issue and no - it's not on Asus QVL or T-DELTA. DDR4 is DDR4. For years I've mixed and matched kingston, seagate, and samsung. NEVER a problem as long as the speed is the same. Save yourself some money - it's really not worth it.

 Frequently Asked Questions

 Best User Rated

Why does UserBenchmark have a bad reputation on reddit?
Marketers operate thousands of reddit accounts. Our benchmarks expose their spiel so they attack our reputation.
Why don’t PC brands endorse UserBenchmark?
Brands make boatloads on flagships like the 4090 and 14900KS. We help users get similar real-world performance for less money.
Why don’t youtubers promote UserBenchmark?
We don't pay youtubers, so they don't praise us. Moreover, our data obstructs youtubers who promote overpriced or inferior products.
Why does UserBenchmark have negative trustpilot reviews?
The 200+ trustpilot reviews are mostly written by virgin marketing accounts. Real users don't give a monkey's about big brands.
Why is UserBenchmark the gold standard for users?
Instead of pursuing brands for sponsorship, we've spent 13 years publishing real-world data for users.
